Antique Murano ruby glass cup and saucer. The small cup is gold painted with an 18th century decor of noble characters in 18th century clothing. The cup handle has gold flecks inserts. The shallow bowl or raised edge saucer once had a gold decor looking like a crown of laurel all around. That is almost all gone, leaving only the traces of the original decor.

Dimensions: Saucer is 5,5" in diameter and almost 1 1/4" tall; cup is 2 5/8" tall and 3" diameter at the top and 1 3/8" at the bottom.

Condition: Very good vintage condition given the age. No chips or hairlines. Some liquid staining and a small busted bubble in the saucer.
