Probably of French origin this footed and festooned piece of fine basketry is delicate in appearance while being solid and lightweight. Handy and very decorative, it will add a special note to your kitchen or living room. A very nice openwork hand woven wicker basket, in very good condition, with little wear, handy and decorative storage, probably made in France.
Dimensions: Top 27 X 34 cm (approx. 10½ X 13 ½ in) Base 16 X 21 cm (approx.. 6½ X 8 3/4 in); Height 14,5 cm (5¾ in).
Condition: Excellent condition. Only minor breaks: wicker broken on one ring and ring holder. (See photos)
