Remarkable green, white and clear controlled bubbles vintage Murano hand blown art glass geode bowl. This very thick and heavy glass bowl consists of overlaying several layers of clear glass with air bubbles with white and lime green translucent colours glass. The effect is striking. This triple cased controlled bubbles art glass bowl is not signed but could be from many talented glass makers of the 1950 to 1960 period in Murano Italy such as Archimede Seguso, Galliano Ferro or Barbini. Gorgeous colours and very decorative and collectible bowl, cigar ashtray or jewelry tray.

This art glass geode bowl is made with cased translucent acid green glass in the interior part covering a translucent layer of white glass. Finally the bowl was submerged into clear glass containing hundreds of inner air bubbles. 

Dimensions : 15,5 cm X 15,5 cm outside and 10,5 cm X 10,5 cm inside; 7,5 cm tall, and 5.5 cm across base. 

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Very light scuffs underside.
