Small vintage wicker basket with wrought iron animal representation. The wrought iron decorative ornamentation consists of four scrolls over which is fixed an iron hand cut animal figure, probably a dog or a wolf. A hole under the scrolls is made to hand the basket on a wall. The piece is very decorative and convenient to store all sorts of small items and can also be used as a planter. This is a very interesting and original hand made folk art object.
Dimensions: Hauteur totale 22 cm (8 5/8"), hauteur du panier 7,5 cm (3"), largeur 11 cm (4 1/4"); largeur intérieure 9 cm (3 1/2") et profondeur intérieure 6,5 cm (2 1/2").
