Rare pair of Victorian Era blown glass kugels (or witch balls) one of five inches and the other of three inches in diameter. Large Christmas balls were first produced, but the decorated Christmas Tree becoming very popular at the end of the nineteenth century, smaller Christmas balls were made so that they could be hung on the Christmas Tree. We have here a nice and rare example of both.
Description: silver plating outside, amber color of the glass when I look through them in the light with flaking inside that gives a mottled like effect, original silver color embossed cap with ring. Glass, caps and rings is in excellent condition.
