This rare ruby red crystal vase with hand applied crackle gold decor was produced in the midcentury period in an Eastern Germany glass factory named Barthmann in Regenhütte near the Czech border. This probably explains why it looks like some of the crystal products made in Bohemia after WWII. The label under the base is marked Barthmann. This quality vase dates around 1960-1970.

Dimensions: 19,5 cm (7 3/4") tall, 8 cm (3 1/8") across at the top and 11 cm (4 1/4") at the center.

Condition: Excellent viintage condition. No damage. The gold decor is in very good condition.
