Vintage plate in hard Limoges porcelain renowned for the whiteness of its paste. Sumptuous decoration of hand-painted Sèvres-type gold-on-green flower bouquets, wiped gold paint and scalloped edge in relief gilded with fine high carat gold. Central stenciled medallion also gilded. It is an exceptional and probably unique high-end piece signed on the back with the letters B and C for Bernardaud & Cie, separated by an intriguing fleur-de-lys (Bernardaud Royal Manufacture?). The letters are surmounted by the name "Fleur de Lys". Exceptional decorative piece for a collector.
Diameter: 24 cm (91/2"), 2.5 cm (1") tall.
Condition: Very good used condition without chips or cracks. Very light wear on gilded edge.
