Rare pair of Art Deco period matching white milk glass with a touch of black all original hanging light fixtures. They come from a Montreal Quebec bourgeois house. Tiered conical milk glass shade decorated with two fine black lines on the edge of each tier. Their three tiers conical shape give them an oriental look in the japonaiserie style of the time. They date from the 1920s-1940s period. Copper top ceiling fixture and copper finish shade attachment with cast iron decorative collar marked M S with number 85. Wiring replaced a few years ago. Socket for a screw bulb. One porcelain socket is marked 250V 660W. The other is a replacement and is unmarked. Please note that ceiling fixtures are not the same size since the pendant lights were used in different rooms.

Dimensions : Ceiling canopy is 12,5 cm (5") across at the top; globe is approx. (25.5 cm) 10" tall and larger glass tier is approx. 30.5 cm (12") across; pendant light fixture is approx. A) 73,5 cm (29") tall overall in one case and B) 81.5 cm (32") in the other (depending on the lenght of the ceiling fixture).
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. One of the glass shade has a small scratch on one of the black lines.
